1. Good idea : Bring a laptop computer.
Bad idea : Everything inside the laptop is pirated.
2. Good idea : Bring thick, fluffy winter clothes.
bad idea : Not checking the current temperature/season in the country.
3. Good idea : If your english is too bad, sms
Bad idea : Making a call to a friend telling him your whole weekend plans when he cant understand what you are saying.
4. Good idea : Cook instead of eating outside, it saves a lot of money.
Bad idea : Eat Maggi mee everyday.
5. Good idea : Learning a little bit of the country you are going.
Bad idea : Not learning about your own country.

Great to know you're setting down in Mannheim.
Try not to get caught with your pirated laptop content. And don't stuff Maggi in your system just for the sake of saving money. I know you're having 'botak' style hair, but do you want the rest of your hair to fall down?
That'll be a shock when you come back from Mannheim.
